Southend in Bloom (SIB) Committee:

1. Committee members are voted in for one year at the annual AGM in October. Ordinary membership of SIB is open each year to individual entrants into the SIB Competition. Each member has one vote. An organisation and all those who belong to that organisation will be deemed as one member with one vote only.

Committee Members' Duties:

To attend, and participate in, planning meetings which are generally at 7pm on the second Monday of each month.

2. Where possible, to join sub-committees formed for specific tasks.

3. To assist with the judging of SIB competitions, using SIB guidelines.

4. To help at promotional events and/ or the annual Award presentation ceremony.
